03 — Cosmetic & Topical Product Disclaimer
IronRig Wellness also offers a separate line of topical cosmetic serums (the "Topical Serums"), which are distinct from the research compounds described above and are intended for external cosmetic use only.
Topical Serums are formulated as cosmetic products and are not intended for injection, ingestion, or any internal use. Apply to external skin or hair only, and avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if irritation, redness, or an allergic reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Perform a patch test prior to first use if you have sensitive skin.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Topical Serums are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional dermatological or medical advice. Individual results may vary.

By placing an order through this Site, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IronRig Wellness and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of any product purchased through this Site; (b) your violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any claim that your use of the products caused harm, injury, or damage to any person or property.
This indemnification obligation will survive any termination of your relationship with IronRig Wellness.

IronRig Wellness operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of research compounds within the United States. All products are sold strictly as research reagents under applicable research exemptions and are not represented as drugs, supplements, or therapeutic agents.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, possession, and use of these products in their state or locality. IronRig Wellness is not responsible for confiscation, seizure, or legal action arising from the purchaser's failure to comply with applicable laws. By placing an order, you represent that the purchase and receipt of the ordered compounds is fully legal in your jurisdiction.
IronRig Wellness reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders we believe may not comply with applicable law or our research-use policy.
07 — Shipping Policy & Geographic Restrictions

United States Domestic Shipping Only
IronRig Wellness ships exclusively within the continental United States. We do not accept, process, or fulfill orders shipping to any international destination, including but not limited to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, or any other country or territory outside the United States of America.
By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is located within the
continental United States. Any order placed with an international shipping address will be automatically cancelled and refunded. IronRig Wellness is not responsible for orders abandoned, seized, or lost as a result of an attempt to reroute or forward packages internationally after delivery.
APO / FPO / DPO addresses: Military and diplomatic mail addresses may be subject to additional restrictions depending on destination country regulations. Contact us at
ironrigwellness@gmail.com before placing an order to confirm eligibility.
IronRig Wellness ships via standard domestic carriers. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.
08 — Privacy Policy
IronRig Wellness collects only the personal information necessary to process and fulfill your order — including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order details. This information is used solely for order fulfillment and customer communication.
We do
not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized IronRig Wellness personnel. We do not store or process card payment data on this Site — payment is completed directly with you via Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle after checkout.
By submitting an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing

09 — Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds and for quality control and safety reasons,
all sales are final. IronRig Wellness does not accept returns or exchanges on any product once shipped.
In the event of a
verified shipping error (wrong product sent) or a product that arrives visibly damaged or compromised, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery at
ironrigwellness@gmail.com with photographic evidence and your order number. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
IronRig Wellness is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect address provided by the customer, or seizure by customs or law enforcement. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
10 — Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from or related to your use of this Site or purchase of any product shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against IronRig Wellness.
IronRig Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
